MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Production Manager of Head of Production Manager to join a successful fenestration company based in West Yorkshire.


Reporting to the MD this is a senior level role where you will manage a large team over 2 shifts that fabricate 1,700-2,000 units a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Production Manager to join a solid business and, using your experience and lean techniques and processes, you will be able to put forward and implement improvement strategies to take the manufacturing capability to the next level


Skills and Experience:


  • Significant Senior level Production Management experience gained within the windows and door production sector is essential
  • Strong people and management skills with the gravitas to lead the team to achieve
  • Analytical in approach, with a data driven approach to developing improvement strategies
  • Knowledge of 5s and LEAN manufacturing
  • Excellent people management, organisational and problem solving skills
Excellent package commesurate with skills and experience


Salary:
£50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
