- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Conducting site assessments and surveys.
- Drafting reports, proposals, and other planning documents.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support to the planning team.
- Contributing to the development of planning strategies and initiatives.
- Relevant qualification in Planning, Geography, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Proficiency in GIS software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
