Lettings Portfolio Manager, Bristol
Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a busy independent estate agent with an enviable reputation in the Bristol market.

Due to continued growth, our client now seeks an experienced Lettings Portfolio Manager for their busy Bishopston office to provideexcellent customer service whilst providing great management service to a portfolio of lettings properties across Bristol.

The role:

Providing the appropriate service to all landlord's properties
Organise all necessary repairs, chase rents and organise tenancy renewals while liaising with the tenants and the landlord
Arrange property visits as per terms of business with tenant
Carry out check out and compile reports on all property checkouts
Meet all goals and objectives agreed with line manager
Assist and support office organisation/opening for business policy adherence

The person:

-
Previous experience within a Lettings Portfolio Manager/Property Manager or Estate Agent role is essential:

Customer focused
ability to provide high level of customer service in a sales driven environment
Effective time management
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use initiative to ensure productivity
Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
Problem solving skills
Delegation, follow up and feedback skills
Full UK Driving License and own vehicle are preferred
IT literate

The package:

A good starting basic of up to £26,000 depending on experience
Commission structure
Additional performance bonuses to be agreed
