Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to work within their new homes development based near Bungay.


The position will require a professional and articulate individual with a proven track record in New Homes or residential Estate Agencies.


Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:

  • Registering potential purchasers
  • Attending viewings onsite.
  • Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
  • Sales Progression

To be considered for the role you must have the following requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a New Homes Sales Advisor or Residential Sales Negotiator
  • A strong background in customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organised
  • Ability to close for business
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Working hours:


  • Thursday through to Monday 10 am till 5 pm

In return, our clients are offering:

  • A basic salary of £25,000
  • Ontarget earnings of £35,000 plus
