    Description
  • Support of Account Managers / sales process with expert technical and applications knowledge. This will include involvement in demonstrations, technical discussions, tender preparation and presentations to customers.
  • Working closely within the sales process to understand the technical requirements including both product and application knowledge to support the sales process.
  • To support all activities for demo preparation, capability studies, machine concept prove out, within allocated projects, utilising team members expertise when required.
  • Support business development and marketing in the generation of technical information, marketing material, case studies, particularly within the allocated customer segments.
  • Support existing customers including helpdesk and provide new customers with training and software support.
  • Installation and setup of Software, while keeping up to day with the latest software and hardware developments.
  • Commercial awareness & Promotion of aftermarket offerings including contract measurement, training and applications support.
