- Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and childcare, and implement innovative approaches to enhance the nursery's offerings.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.
- Relevant qualification in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above).
- Strong knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.
