- Responsible formaintaining vehicle data within our inventory management systemensuring accurate and regular updates.
- Executevehicle allocation to new orders balancing availability andcustomer needs.
- Liaise with colleagues inRetail Sales and Fleet Sales to instruct cars to be preparedefficiently in advance of dispatch.
- Organisebook and monitor delivery requests recording and analysing data asnecessary to maintain accurate records.
- Be akey communicator between multiplestakeholders.
- Monitor incoming vessels andorganise relevant processes for dry land arrival andinspection.
- Generate weekly reports for theOperationsManager.
- 12 years ofexperience in a logistics allocator or deliveryrole.
- Eligibility to work in theUK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite.
- Strong interpersonal skills andeffective communication abilities.
- Highlyorganized and capable of managing multiple tasksconcurrently.
- An automotive background is abonus but not a strictrequirement.
