We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Care Liaison


We are looking for an organised service lead individual, a confident communicator and a problem solver to join our busy and fast-paced Customer Relations Department.

As a Customer Care team, our aim is to provide an effortless customer experience to our valued clients.

What are we looking for in our Customer Care Liaison?

  • Customer focused with experiences in providing and effortless experience.
  • Proficient IT skill, specifically in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
  • A team player, but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload
  • Proactive and eager to learn

What does the Customer Care Liaison actually do?

  • Call Handling & query resolution
  • Liaising with a range of departments within the company to provide good communication
  • Maintaining database records
  • Providing resolutions to complaints
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Administrative support for the Customer Relations department (including order processing)

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
