We have a unique opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our experienced team. As a Veterinary Surgeon at Bridge Vets your day-to-day duties will be a mix of consultations and surgery, and you will receive fantastic support from an experienced team including certificate holders. We are an ISFM Silver cat friendly clinic, RCVS PSS GP practice and a nurse training centre. Established for over 40 years with two branches in South Wales, we take pride in our loyal client base. We have the best of both worlds, with easy access to Cardiff, Bristol, Newport and the Countryside such as the Brecon Beacons National Park.Blackwood has a separate cat waiting area and cat kennels, 4 consultation rooms, 2 operating theatres, a lab, x-ray room, and isolation ward.

Our biggest selling point would be the support available from our team. Our supportive team consists of many talented Vets (one is completing a Surgery certificate), 6 RVNs, supporting team members, led by our Practice Manager and 3 Clinical Directors (one is a Medicine certificate holder and another has an interest in Orthopaedics).We encourage the discussion of cases between colleagues and our Clinical Directors are available to offer support. We also have plenty of social events to get involved with including our book club.
