Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and guidance to senior management and employees
- Supporting the HR Director in the delivery of HR strategy
- Leading HR related projects
- Managing employee relations cases while taking ownership of risk management
- Contributing to the change management strategy
- Delivering effective stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring that the business is fully compliant with all legal requirements
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- A proven track record within a busy generalist HR role at Advisory level
- CIPD L5 or above (desirable)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A strong work ethic with a genuine desire to succeed
