- Engaging with all teams to ensure and promote a site food safety and quality culture.
- Conducting scheduled audits and ensuring any corrective actions are completed.
- Collating and presenting summary trends of Key Performance Indicators for the department.
- To actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in self and others.
- Being visible and present on the factory floor. This is a 4 on 4 off shift rotation working nights from 18:00 until 06:00
- Formal qualification or demonstrable industry experience
- HACCP Level 3
- Food Safety Level 3

Our Quality team is the custodian of our customers' and consumers' expectations. It supports the business in achieving a true quality, food safety focused, working environment.
In this varied role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all aspects of quality standards are met and will include completing audits, Using your project management skills you'll be involved in new equipment commissioning, new products launches, new packaging formats. We are proud of the products we produce, and all the brands we represent. The Salary for this role is increasing to £35,337 P/A on the 1st June.
