Description

The Role:

Working in a fast paced environment the Customer Relationship Specialist/Lead Caller will be

  • Supporting customers, helping them to be prepared as possible
  • Understanding of the house buying process
  • Managing brokers diaries, booking in appointments with both new and existing customers
  • Contacting and managing customers through various channels including CRM systems, introducer networks and social media
  • Proving exceptional customer service, nurturing and building relationships
  • Prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Supporting other business departments when required

The Person:


  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Driven and selfmotivated
  • Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Happy to give input and ideas
  • Well organised
  • Excellent time keeper
This is a full time role Monday to Friday.

Covering the core hours of the working day there can be some flexibility and once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role.
