The Role:
Working in a fast paced environment the Customer Relationship Specialist/Lead Caller will be
- Supporting customers, helping them to be prepared as possible
- Understanding of the house buying process
- Managing brokers diaries, booking in appointments with both new and existing customers
- Contacting and managing customers through various channels including CRM systems, introducer networks and social media
- Proving exceptional customer service, nurturing and building relationships
- Prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Supporting other business departments when required
The Person:
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driven and selfmotivated
- Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Happy to give input and ideas
- Well organised
- Excellent time keeper
Covering the core hours of the working day there can be some flexibility and once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role.
