We are looking for an additional Partnership Executive to join the team due to increased workload.
Role Purpose- First line of support for customers making enquiries on our leasing products via our strategic partnerships- Ownership of the entire sales process from enquiry through to the order of a vehicle Supporting with the growth of the LeasePlan partnerships channel
Role Specifics
Management of inbound enquiries- Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone, website and third parties for our partnerships channel. Proactively calling customers and taking them through the features and benefits of the product(s)- Providing customers with accurate quotes and following up in timely manor- This includes lead management and ownership of mailboxes to ensure we are responding to customers in a timely manor
Customer ownershipCustomer due diligenceCRM Management- Ensuring that all systems are accurate and customer data and requirements are captured.- Updating the CRM system in line with the steps of the sales process
Preparing orders- Running through the final specification of the vehicles with the customer before progressing an order. This includes full vehicle details and delivery timescales- Progressing the order through our quotes and orders system and placing it with an appointed dealer
On going customer support- Being on hand and taking ownership of any questions or queries customers have on the lead up to the delivery of their vehicle
Required knowledge & experience- Excellent communication & negotiation skills required with an ability to empathise with the target audience.- Excellent telephone skills with a proven ability within a telephone environment.- Numerical and visual accuracy to be able to both produce and assess information quickly and accurately.- Customer driven with the ability and confidence to deal with individuals at all levels.- Computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and to have fast and accurate typing skills- A sense of urgency with an ability to see issues through to completion and work to tight deadlines.- Must be seen to remain calm and controlled when faced with difficult customer situations.
