As a key member of our People team youll beinstrumental in shaping our workforce in the areas of IT FinanceBusiness Development Health and Safety and professional servicesspecifically within Ecology Sustainability Energy and LandscapeDesignroles.

    Whatwill you achieve

    As a TalentAcquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing theentire recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs toonboarding successfulcandidates.

    DaytoDayDuties:

    • Manage apipeline of recruitment needs ensuring timely fulfillment againstKPIs.
    • Build and maintain effectiverelationships with internalstakeholders.
    • Source and identify potentialcandidates through headhunting and otherchannels.
    • Lead tailored recruitment campaignsto enhance Ground Controls visibility among sustainabilityprofessionals.
    • Conduct the endtoend recruitmentprocess including briefing calls advertisement creation candidatesourcing interview processes job offers andonboarding.
    • Cold contact source and siftcandidates to build a strong talentpool.

    • Previous recruitmentexperience in IT BD and Finance.
