HR Systems Administrator
The Role
The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SAP SuccessFactors system.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Responsible for supporting our instance of SuccessFactors across all modules including testing of ongoing system maintenance and management / maintenance of Foundational objects such as Job Profiles, Role Based Permissions and Workflow Groups
- Configure, maintain, and operate the environment to reflect and communicate our business processes
- Partner with other internal colleagues as well as 3rd party vendors as needed for system maintenance and first line of support for systems issues; act as central point of contact in collating, troubleshooting, resolving and escalating issues
- Gather and assess requirements for system changes and reporting requirements, raising configuration requests
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configuration and workflows
- Perform regular system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the system
- Collaborating with the business to improve data quality and integrity
- Support system actions based on HR/yearly calendar e.g. performance and pay review cycles
- Configuring and maintaining reporting tools including SF dashboards, analytics, online & adhoc reporting and SAP HR reports
- Production and maintenance of system documentation (e.g. workbooks, training documentation etc.)
- Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use
What do you bring to the role?
- Minimum 2 years administration experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Experience with system configuration, development and testing experience required
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport, persuade and influence others
- Advanced MS Office skills must have a high degree of comfort with technology and reporting; advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Excel (especially Vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience working with vendor partners preferred but not essential
- Understanding of HR processes and experience
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
