An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join the 4* Bull Hotel Peterborough. The Bull Hotel has 118 luxurious bedrooms, extensive meeting and event facilities, a 100-seater brasserie restaurant and coffee shop.

Bar/Food Service Assistant

As a Bar/ Food Service Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who will contribute to our ongoing success.

You'll be working in a team full of fantastic people as a Bar Assistant.

Who you are:

It doesn't matter if you've never worked as a Bar Assistant before. What does matter to us the most, is taking pride in what you do and a willingness to learn.

Key points to this role:

Good Customer Service
Food and Beverage service skills
Cocktail Making
Ensuring the highest standard of service to all guests
Ensuring the food service areas are kept to the highest health and safety standards
