- Creating new cycles and service plans
- Communicate to airline/caterers via email/phone/Microsoft Teams

- Input data in Flight Board/Flight Bill
- Update Promeus users
- Check data throughout the Promeus system
- Create and update user guides
- Creation of the developer design documentation
- Responsible for ensuring that all documentation is present and up to date
- Managing the change process from identifying requirements to completion for both BAU and complex changes
- Update any required logs and provide feedback to the Senior Business Manager
- Ability to open service requests either by telephone to our 3 rd party service providers who manage the Promeus infrastructure
- Fast response to problems and escalation if required
- Root Cause Analysis
- Fixing of issues and ensuring the business is aware of any process changes made to fix the issue
- Liaising with the project team and updating the relevant documentation
- Feeding back to the development team with any issues
- Assisting with the co-ordination of the development activities between the developers
- Testing of development on Staging before UAT sign off to production
- Report to the Senior Business Manager
- Comprehensive training will be provided on the Promeus system
- Training will also be provided on the other facets of Lomature when applicable
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Lomature Limited is an established technology and managed service company based in Manchester, providing airlines and other industries with software and managed services.
Our main solution, Promeus, helps airlines meet the challenges of Inflight Service Management.
We are looking for an extremely organised and focused individual to work under the apprenticeship scheme with the prospect of full-time regular employment upon successful completion of their apprenticeship.
This is a dual role that incorporates work under the Promeus development team and the data administration team.

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Analyst Apprentice with Lomature, a Technology & Managed Service company based in Handforth.
Job Description:
Regarding data administration duties, the role will support the menu planning and administration process for airlines, caterers and vendors by administering services within Promeus.
Under the Promeus Development team, the role will consist of initial testing for QA of the company's Promeus portal. This will involve liaising with the project and development team to ensure all the initial testing of the new functionality and features have been completed correctly and ready for final UAT.
This role also provides for an element of versatility for the right candidate. If you are ambitious and commit yourself to hard work, you will have the freedom to contribute to Lomature's success through your own pursuits and projects.
