- Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns and detailed proposals that highlight the scope of work, cost components, and project timelines.
- Review and refine estimates throughout the project lifecycle, adapting to any changes or modifications that may arise.
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present to board level.
- Demonstrate a track record of securing profitable construction projects.
- Utilize extensive business development experience to grow and leverage an existing client base while also acquiring new clients.
