    Description

    At Recruit A Driver we are proud to announce that we have positions now available for Multi-drop Delivery Drivers, operating from our clients Wakefield Depot.

    What you need to know:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Daytime only, no nights or evenings
    • Overtime availability
    • Working hours are 7.5 hours Monday to Thursday, and 7 hours on a Friday, including a 45-minute paid lunch break. Starting times are usually between 6:00 and 7:00am.
    • £14 per hour

    We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate a positive, 'can-do' attitude, capable of adapting to diverse routes and schedules dictated by the evolving needs of our clients and the business. You will demonstrate great verbal communication skills, coordinating with colleagues and customers to deliver an efficient and friendly service.

    Working predominately independently, and across the M62 corridor, you will be organised and able to manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and delivery timeframes. You will be comfortable loading and unloading vehicles carefully and safely, using lifting equipment as required.

    To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:

    • Must hold a valid UK C license for a minimum of 12 months.
    • Must have experience driving a Class 2 vehicle within the last six months.
    • Must have no more than 6 points on license for minor offences.
    • Must hold an in date Digital Tachograph Card.
    • Must have an up-to-date CPC Qualification Card.
