Job Description as Resourcing Coordinator
Coordinate and perform all onshore sites related recruitment activities primarily within our inspection and integrity division, while furthermore supporting across all our UK Business Lines sourcing available talent in the market ensuring Stork's business objectives are achieved.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Resourcing Coordinator.
Recruitment
- Determine future personnel needs with Business lines/Operational management during weekly resourcing meetings.
- Responsible for the effective and compliant delivery of all onshore site based resourcing activities.
- Management of site resourcing tracker
- Participation in weekly operational requirement calls.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers in order to achieve our customer's expectations
- Proactively establish resourcing requirements and utilise Media Sources available including but not limited to LinkedIn & Stork iLink resourcing app.
- Work closely with Recruitment Team Leader on all redeployment activities ensuring we source alternative employment where possible.
- Monitor and progress Site Security Clearances
On-Boarding / Logistics
- Update, verify and maintain trade specific certification
- Issue and maintain various contracts of employment.
Relations
- Maintain contact with local service providers and external employment agencies.

Desirable
- HNC in a relevant discipline.
Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable knowledge within a recruitment environment
Desirable
- Knowledge of services Stork has on offer to client
- Knowledge of Stork and/or client Business Management Systems
- Knowledge of UKAS Accredited Inspection Bodies and ISO 17020:201
- Specialist recruitment knowledge and experience within a technical environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships, react quickly to changing client requests.
- Ability to problem solve & deliver results
