    Our client, a prestigious UK Top 20 law firm with a global presence and teams spanning the US and UK, in in search of a Partner to contribute to continued growth and success of their intellectual property team.

    The successful candidate can expect to be an integral and key member of the team, responsible for:Handling a comprehensive range of IP work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious aspects. This will involve managing matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating agreements, overseeing assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements research and development agreements and more. Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US. Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst serving as a knowledgeable resource for and IP expertise.Actively engaging in business development and client interactions to enhance both team and personal reputation as an IP specialist.

    Whilst a following is not mandatory, it is desirable. My client seeks an individual with a proven record in robust IP work, advising significant clients on high-value matters, and possessing the passion and experience necessary for cultivating and advancing a leading team.
