Your mission:


As a Senior Account Executive closely collaborating with the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of field sales campaigns.

Your duties will involve creating client reports, handling payroll, data entry, offering administrative support to the field team, and managing general administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure the successful operation of field sales campaigns.
  • Generate detailed client reports following field activities.
  • Process wages with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform data entry tasks and provide administrative support to the field team.
  • Manage both internal and external queries and information requests.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools extensively, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet campaign requirements.
  • Attend team briefings to stay updated on ongoing projects.

Your profile:


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in processing and data entry roles.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone manners and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities, with effective prioritization skills.

Required Profile:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
