Description
Do you have a background in Food Service or Retail Food?Do you enjoy working with global fast-food brands to ensure they are operating to the highest quality? If so you may want to become a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero hours basis, to cover Northern Ireland area.
Intertek SAI Global Assurance , provides Assurance services, and has a particularly strong position in the Food, Agriculture and QSR end-markets, as well as a good presence in environmental & sustainability audits.
Full Driving UK Licence and own car is essential~2 years of experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment
~ or 2 years of experience conducting audits
~ Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
~ Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent
Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
~Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
~Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment
As a QRS/Retail Auditor you will be travelling to clients' sites in to conduct the audits for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract .
As an Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing some of the most well-known names on the UK high street against the appropriate food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards.
This is an important role in the fight to ensure food safety throughout the UK.Additionally, due to the nature of the role (which will be on a flexible contract), access to own transport is essential and the role will involve both weekend and evening work.
