Halo Recruitment are working with a fab client based in Fareham - due to a very busy period we are looking to recruit a number of administrators on a contract basis ftrom now until January.

The Role

Complete all supporting business critical telephony/CRM -based tasks & processes relating to the smooth continuity of main organisational workflows.

To ensure all related targets and business plan deadlines are met on an ongoing basis.


To work in an organised & "PECR" (Policy on Electronic Communications Guidelines) compliant fashion to continually uphold & improve both the local office environment and wider external profile of the organisation.

I
NCLUDING
Organising and maintaining company standards of own local office environment.

Processing multiple telephony and desk-based tasks supporting core business workflows

Processing of leads & /surveys for multiple measure types

Spreadsheet & database management & upkeep.

Installations processing for multiple measure types

Making ongoing system updates & record keeping

Liaising with external customers.

Liaising with & supporting external supply chain partners.

Liaising with & supporting other team members.

Filing and organisation of all business-critical supporting paperwork.

Adhering to Health & Safety office culture adhering to al company rules/policies and procedures.


Ensuring adherence to Data Protection GDPR and specifically "PECR" (Policy on Electronic Communications Guidelines) plus all other company security related policies and procedures.

Attend training as required to ensure upkeep of competency & skills required for role.

Complete other administrative tasks as designated or varied by the company as work flows require from time to time.


Qualifications and Training
Criteria

Essential/Desirable

Educated to GCSE standard A-C Grade and/ or

Experience of working in administrative type role or office environment

Data Protection PECR (Policy for Electronic Communications (/GDPR Legislation competent

Highly developed external end user customer service skills

High level of planning/scheduling and co-ordinating skill developed in a recent role.

Extensive experience of telephony-based resource logistics & diary management.

Completes work with accuracy and possesses string attention to detail.

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
£10.75 per hour
