The role offers a unique chance to engage with complex estate management, post-death planning, and high-net-worth client affairs. You will contribute to supervising junior staff and supporting the head of the department, playing a pivotal role in the team's success. To excel in this position, you'll need over five years of post-qualification experience with a robust understanding of high-net-worth and complex estate probate. Expertise in lifetime gifts and their effects on inheritance will be crucial. While business development is not mandatory, willingness to engage will be welcomed.
