We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our national team.

As an Administrator you will be working with a small team in a busy office environment working hard to achieve service deadlines.


The job will be based in our regional office in Bromborough.


This exciting opportunity involves working closely with both our public and private clients along with the Water Hygiene Technicians that carry out the works at our clients' properties.

This role requires a good communicator and team player who is proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, has excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to prescribed standards and procedures forms a large part of this role.

Reporting into a Team Leader, your key responsibilities are:

  • First line contact for the office, answering telephone calls, receiving visitors, and ensuring the office is presentable to customers and clients
  • Checking and uploading of service reports using an online portal system
  • Updating customer spreadsheets and client systems
  • Loading contracts and oneoff jobs on to a contract management system and distributing to works planning team
  • Booking and planning engineer tasks
  • Production of reports and maintaining a central and accurate filing system
  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Adhoc administration duties to fulfil department needs
  • Build strong relationships with all personnel within the business

Required Skills:


  • Prior experience of working as an administrator preferably in an office environment
  • Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines
  • Confident communication skills
  • Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
  • Willingness to help or assist other team members as required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Selfmotivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,672.00 per year
