    Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annumClosing date: Friday 19th April 2024Location: Based at our office in Harlow, Essex 3 days a week (2 days WFH).Have you got experience leading teams with excellent stakeholder management skills? If so, we would love to hear from you What you'll be doing:

    • Lead and inspire a team of 3, ensuring that they are developed, coached and motivated to provide first class management of information and product knowledge.
    • Lead on projects that use technology to create efficiencies within team and customer online journeys
    • Work with the wider L&D and communications teams to identify gaps in knowledge and information for both internal and external customers.
    • Report, measure and evaluate the success of knowledge and information provided.
    • Prioritise, plan and organise team workloads to ensure that resources are utilised in the most effective and efficient way to exceed the needs of our stakeholders.
    • Be a role model of our values and behaviours – reinforcing these within your team and across the business.
    • Responsible for Knowledge Base – ensuring Charitable Operation colleagues have up-to-date, easy to find and relevant product knowledge materials.
    • Business partner with stakeholders ensuring a collaborative approach is taken to all things Knowledge and information related.

    About you:

    Must haves:

    • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing a team.
    • Worked with various knowledge base systems to support both internal and external customer facing colleagues.
    • Project Management skills.
    • Experience in stakeholder management.
    • Knowledge of utilising Zendesk.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • A natural organiser with experience in events.

    Nice to haves:

    • Experienced in AI technology.
    • Ability to create accessible content.
    • Call Centre or Charity experience.
    • Experience of LMS implementation.
    • Knowledge of Storyline/articulate 360.
