The Training Programme Director in Orthodontics NHSE will support the Associate Dental Dean in the Strategic Development Orthodontic training within the Dental Section WT&E, NHSE.
The post holder will lead on the development of the recruitment and retention strategy for orthodontic training, The role is to support the training of orthodontic specialiy trainees across the North West Region.
Work in collaboration with AD for Dental Specialty Trainingto develop and implement a workforce strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Trainees in Orthodontics.
