- Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Tailoring lessons to accommodate the individual learning styles of each student.
- Cultivating a nurturing and dynamic learning environment that encourages student growth.
- Maintaining meticulous records of pupil progress and achievements.
- Participating actively in staff meetings, parent evenings, and school functions.
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience teaching in either KS1 or KS2.
