- Expand our brokerage by hiring topperforming realtors for our team
- Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers
- Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales
- Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and realestate law
- Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and realestate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
- Must have a managing broker's license
