The international Projects QA Tester is responsible for general testing of all projects and providing User acceptance documentation.

There may be other ad-hoc tasks associated with this role, including documentation of processes and training of staff at handover, all of which will be an integral part of this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Setup the internal Quality Assurance function
  • Ensure that the products that have been created meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Identify user acceptance test scenarios
  • Create user acceptance test scripts
  • Execute user acceptance test scenarios
  • Manage Defects through to resolution
  • Regression testing of user acceptance test scenarios
  • Regression testing of all projects
  • Maintain user acceptance test packs
  • Report on all aspects of user acceptance testing progress
  • Document test cases
  • Create user acceptance test scripts
  • Execute user acceptance test scenarios
  • Maintain user acceptance test packs
  • Conduct regression testing
  • Work alongside Business analysts to ensure requirements are clear to conduct testing
  • Communicate well with senior leadership team
  • Complete work to deadlines

Skill Requirements:


  • Previous experience in user acceptance testing and / or software testing roles, along with strong best practice knowledge in test methodology and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, both written and verbal together with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft dynamics would be advantageous but isn't essential for the role.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally
  • Ability to work individually or collaborate as part of a team
  • Flexible and positive approach to tasks
  • Sense of accountability, owning your work with a commitment to quality
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Ability to switch in and out of different project
