We are looking to employ a Claims Bordereaux Analyst to be based in London and to work with us on a Full-Time basis.
Monitoring, reviewing & loading claims bordereaux into Lloyd's DDM and inhouse systems (Bloom)Reviewing data quality and drive improvement
Manipulation and reporting of Claims Delegated Authority data
Assisting Claims Delegated Authority Manager with Claims Delegated Authorities function
Assist with Conduct Risk related activities
Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Understand all appropriate lines of escalation and the responsibilities of the Product Conduct Risk Strategy Group (PCRSG), Underwriting & Claims Sub Committee (UCSC) , ExCo and Board for Conduct Risk.
You to take a proactive approach to the management of delegated claims and look to uphold a quality claims service.
To take account of applicable regulatory requirements.Good knowledge of Lloyd's Standard Claims Reporting bordereaux (version 5.Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of policies, underwriting and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internally and externally to the firm.
