Job Purpose


To supervise, control and motivate technicians working within shifts/teams in order to maximise available man-hours and to assist as appropriate with diagnostic/product support.

To achieve an efficient flow of work though the workshop.


Some of your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Organising delivery from supplier to depot
  • Preparation of vehicle paperwork
  • Updating internal systems
  • Updating customers on vehicle status and process
  • Complete orders as requested

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage your time
  • Persistence. Able to finish tasks despite challenges and resistance
  • Peopleorientated
  • High level of organisational skills
