We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant/Director to join our team and lead the growth and operations of our company.
This role is ideal for a driven individual who has reached the ceiling in their current recruitment role and is eager to take on the challenge of driving a business forward, with the ultimate goal of achieving a Directorship position.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills, make strategic decisions, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with senior management to define company goals and objectives, contributing to overall business strategy and vision.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in recruitment at a senior level, with a track record of success in achieving business growth targets.
Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources) is desirable but not essential.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
