- Title: Camp Manager
- Reporting to: Head of Operations
- Contract: Seasonal work during school breaks.
- Hours: 8.00am – 6.00pm on weekdays. Flexible full season or part-time roles available
- Supervise and guide your team to ensure exceptional care and activities at Ultimate Activity Camps.
- Inspire your team by demonstrating energy and enthusiasm.
- Ensure compliance with all camp policies, including health and safety measures.
- Organize pre-camp staff training and liaise with Early Years Leader to meet regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with Head Office, parents, and school representatives to address any issues.
- Manage camp operations, including registrations, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other specialized programs under Ultimate Activity Camps.
- Handle any camp-related challenges effectively.
- Prioritize children's welfare and provide high-quality childcare.
- Uphold the company's commitment to 'Inspiring Children Daily'.
- Exhibit professionalism and enthusiasm as a role model for children and staff.
- Qualified or working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification with substantial experience with children.
- A natural leader with management experience, preferably in holiday camps or childcare.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities.
- Proficient in camp activities and able to provide short-term cover when necessary.
- Quick decision-maker with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Seeking a rewarding and challenging job in childcare, teaching, or coaching.
- Hold a Paediatric First Aid certification.

Job Overview
The Camp Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing our diverse holiday childcare programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. We are seeking dedicated professionals to help us deliver on our promise to 'Inspire Children Daily'.
In this role, you will lead, support, and motivate your team to create engaging and structured holiday camps. Upholding policies and procedures, collaborating with parents, school officials, and Head Office is vital. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of care across all aspects of Ultimate Activity Camps.
