- Develop innovative design concepts that enhance learning environments and promote student engagement.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) that meet project budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that designs are implemented according to specifications and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on educational projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and sustainability principles will be ideal.
