    *FIVE DAYS IN OFFICE*

    An iconic London Fashion Designer is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant and Office Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

    Located in Knightsbridge, the Personal Assistant and Office Manager will be tasked with bringing order and efficiency to this bustling, creative office Duties include diary management, booking travel, production liaison, managing HR and IT systems, onboarding and offboarding staff, processing invoices, liaising with suppliers, managing deliveries, and so much more.

    The Office Manager piece is the lion's share of this multi-faceted role and candidates will need to demonstrate their understanding of technology applications and business operations, showcase their ability to managing competing priorities, and possess a passion for working within a creative environment.

    The opportunity comes with strong scope for progression as the company expands and the successful candidate will get to make the role their own, and work with autonomy.

    Experience/Skills Required:

    • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in a similar business support role
    • Experience working within a small office, ideally within luxury goods or products
    • Meticulous organisation skills, ability to manage projects
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
    • Degree educated is preferred
