- A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of office management.
- Proficiency in basic IT troubleshooting and a good understanding of IT management principles are required to effectively oversee IT-related tasks and support staff as needed.
- Highly professional demeanour, with strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
