- Managing diaries for the CEO, Creative Director, and Head of Development, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, and handling expenses
- Preparing and submitting award entries for programs
- Updating website and social media accounts with new content
- Providing administrative support to the Development Team, assisting with pitches and document preparation
- Handling general department administration tasks and assisting with office management
- Organizing company events and purchasing gifts as needed
- Managing specific project tasks as assigned
- 2-3+ years of PA/Office Management experience
- Background in TV industry preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly efficient and organized
- Capable of working independently and making quick decisions
- Team player with a willingness to take on any task
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and skilled at building relationships
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office suite
