Job Description
We're seeking a proactive Office Manager to join a boutique law firm located in the heart of the City on a temporary basis for 4-5 months. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding communicator, a problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic and flexible environment. Previous accounting experience and familiarity with Xero accounting software would be advantageous.
Our client offers a hybrid working model with 3 core office days and 2 days of remote work per week, along with monthly team lunches and an excellent working atmosphere.
Duties will include:
All general Office Manager duties Opening new files on their case management system Overseeing billing and accounting for the firm including invoicing, chasing payments, payroll and updating Xero Scheduling meetings Managing the firms HR system – onboarding, arranging interviews and managing staff holidays Liasing with tech contractors Organising internal events Reviewing office procedures and policies Project management
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 3+ years experience as an Office Manager within a professional environment. The successful candidate must be available from May until September.
