PA / Office Manager Sustainable Investment Firm, 12 month FTC with 1 day hybrid
An amazing opportunity to join an independent, unique Investment firm with a very non-hierarchical and collaborative team culture as PA & Office Manager. This firm's diverse investments are all focused on sustainability and making a positive social impact. The team of 18 in London are very international, relaxed, passionate and friendly.
The role will suit a with an organised, proactive and understated approach to ensure consistent co-ordination on a global level. You will be the lynchpin of the office, the 'go-to' person, ensuring it's smooth day-to-day running, as well as providing PA support to a group of 10 Investment Executives. Working closely with another lovely EA you will also assist with coordinating team and client events.
Office Management:
• managing supplier relationships and ordering office supplies
• Facilities management - ownership of relationship with building management
• Meet and greet guests
• Meeting room and catering set up and first line IT support
• HR support for new starters
• Health and Safety
• Championing office culture
Team Executive Assistant:
• Diary management and meeting scheduling for Investment team
• Weekly international travel arrangements – visas as required
• Expenses
• Preparation of documents and printing and binding
• Cover for and close collaboration with EA to MD
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a simila role. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, dependable, trustworthy and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks with professionalism. Office management experience is required, along with solid team PA experience and good Microsoft Office skills.
Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 day hybrid. Benefits include discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday, healthcare and dental, 10% pension and an extremely friendly and approachable team. Please apply by sending your CV today
