SUMMARY:


This is a key role within the wide spread of installation operations and will be part of a small administration team with which to provide dedicated resource to ensure process adherence, co-ordination of tasks and provide appropriate reporting to track installation performance in addition to providing valuable administration resource around installation planning and pricing to ensure that there is full traceability for auditing purposes and both internal and external customers are serviced in line with defined SLA's.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To provide administration resource around installation planning to ensure full transparency and traceability.
  • Task orientated planning with regards to customer installation, extraction and kit move requests.
  • Run reports monthly or ondemand to provide specific installation performance figures.
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the warehouse TISR report (cost recording)
  • Analysis and reporting of KPI data as demanded showcasing installation performance.
  • Provide general health and safety housekeeping as directed.
  • Provide project administration support in driving continuous improvement.
  • 3rd party SLA adherence
  • Adhoc requests as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience of the use of SAP, Microsoft CRM is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Good knowledge of Excel essential

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. This person should have excellent communication skills and be computer literate. Experience of SAP and CRM would be advantageous.

The ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external customers is a must and the ability to deal with queries swiftly and accurately is also essential.

The person should be comfortable with a large workload, have the capability to prioritise accordingly and be able to work on their own initiative.

In addition, the person should possess a high level of accuracy with regards to data input.

They should be flexible to changing working methods and procedures and be able to respond quickly and efficiently to change.


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
