- To work as a JCDecaux ambassador to influencer key planners, creative and digital contacts across your patch, so we are perceived a market leader and grow revenue for JCDecaux.
- Build a knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits including all relevant systems and processes
- Identifying key sales opportunities for new and existing customers
- Developing excellent UK market knowledge to understand advertisers business objectives and where media can play a role
- Work with key partners to create collaborative custom offerings that answer your clients business challenges
- Develop and sell in creative executions across multiple environments to your our clients
- Demonstrate consistency when delivering proactive opportunities
- Creating collateral to be shared externally with clients
- Ability to explain complicated processes, namely Programmatic OOH. simply and with relevant use-cases to clients aiding revenue increases in our fastest growing area
- Support senior members of the team in delivery of tailored content and proposals
- Eager to develop you'll inspire colleagues and clients with your desire to bring increased revenues in to the OOH market, namely for JCDecaux
- Supportive of the wider agency team and capable to help deliver the team strategy in others absence.
- Able to collaborate closely with other JCDecaux departments to deliver effective, proactive client servicing.
- Champion a culture and behaviours that deliver collaboration, innovation, creativity and personal accountability across the team
- Adopt a feedback culture where we proudly and collectively learn from mistakes
- Expectation to partake in client hosting and networking out of standard working hours.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills when communicating with all levels both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally.
- Consistent in your use of JCDecaux's CRM system 'Connect', you'll consistently and efficiently update colleagues on all client information you gain in market.
- An eager sale professional willing to challenge the status quo and deliver best in class media opportunities to their clients
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritise and maintain client expectations
- Adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on standard processes
- The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision making
- Manages own time optimally
- Competent and eager to develop an understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
- Proactive and timely delivery of delegated work, collaborating across departments to ensure delivery on commitments
- Experience working with Tier One Media Agencies essential and a relevant network beneficial
- Experience of Out of Home is an advantage
- Understanding of the UK Media Market is an advantage
- Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
- Previous experience working in a similar customer-focussed or fast paced environment would be an advantage
- Track record of performing as a key contributor within successful teams and ability to demonstrate leadership experience
- Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
