- Provide administrative support to IFAs, including preparing client correspondence, processing client applications, and managing client documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of client reviews, preparing illustrations and valuations, obtaining quotes, and processing new business.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and other relevant parties to facilitate the smooth processing of transactions and requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing email correspondence.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector, preferably within an Independent Financial Advisory firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Intelligent Office (preferred) and Wrap platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
