About the Role


You'll be responsible for the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of a project, manage and control the Project Budget to ensure completion within agreed cost and time parameters.

Identify, assess and manage Risks, Assumptions,Issues and Dependencies (RAID) through to project completion, ensuring a seamless handover to Service Centre.

You'll identify and schedule internal/external resources to deliver the project, manage those resources within a matrix structure, manage relationships,deliverables and project resources from third party suppliers, ensuring that realistic project plans are devised, maintained and agreed with all stakeholders.

You'll manage the timely closure, invoicing, and handover of the project into Business-As-Usual.


This role is based at our modern relaxed offices in Meppershall, where there is the best tech, an unlimited supply of Starbucks coffee to keep you fuelled, and fresh fruit to ensure you get your five a day.

We also support hybrid working, so you don't needto be in the office every day.


You'll need to have the following Qualifications, skills, and experience for this role:

  • APM, PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner or hold an equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a fastpaced client focussed delivery environment.
  • Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects, through full project life cycle management with a structured approach.
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Experienced in Microsoft technology project delivery, in a client facing Project Management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to relevant audience.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Able to resolve conflicts and build a supportive environment within the project team.
  • Able to lead stakeholder groups and influence to achieve winwin outcomes.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanour when under high pressure.
  • High degree of diligence and professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Personable, with an ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
