We are looking for a
Senior
College Services Advisor to join our team.


The College Services team play a vital role in supporting the administrative services provided to staff and students within the College.

The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student experience, progression, compliance, welfare and administration.

Some occasional evening and weekend work may be required.


This is an excellent opportunity for a College Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential

  • SCQF 6/NQF Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or relevant professional experience
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Strong interest in working with students and in particular international students
  • A pleasant personal and telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines when necessary
  • Strong and proven commitment to a customer service and teamwork ethos

Desirable

  • Experience of working with international students
  • Experience of working with large scale databases
  • Administrative experience in the tertiary education sector
