We are looking for a
Senior
College Services Advisor to join our team.

The College Services team play a vital role in supporting the administrative services provided to staff and students within the College.

The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student experience, progression, compliance, welfare and administration.

Some occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a College Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

Essential

SCQF 6/NQF Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or relevant professional experience
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Strong interest in working with students and in particular international students
A pleasant personal and telephone manner
Excellent IT skills including MS Excel and Word
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
High level written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines when necessary
Strong and proven commitment to a customer service and teamwork ethos

Desirable

Experience of working with international students
Experience of working with large scale databases
Administrative experience in the tertiary education sector
