Are you an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills?Our client, a leading investment and wealth management provider with a strong focus on ethical and sustainable investment, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining team/ manager diaries, arranging meetings and travel arrangements
- Handling expense requests
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Minute / note taking at meetings
- Produce typed documents to a high standard, including meeting packs, reports and letters
About you:
- Proactive and organised, someone that thrives in a fast paced environment
- Effective team worker with the ability to build relationships
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
- Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent
