Are you a recent Psychology graduate or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Join our dynamic team in Brent as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and embark on a rewarding journey in primary education.
Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff and contributing to the educational development of our primary students
Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support:
Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and providing one-on-one or small-group support to students.
Curriculum Enhancement:
Contribute to the development of engaging and creative teaching materials.
Mentorship:
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment while offering support and encouragement to students.
Assessment and Feedback:
Assist in grading assignments and providing constructive feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
Help with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education (ECTs or candidates with a psychology background are encouraged to apply).
A passion for working with young learners and a commitment to their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A desire to learn and grow in the field of primary education.
