    Job DescriptionMLP Wealth Management was established in 1983, by Paolo Standerwick. Today the firm holds chartered status and is run by his two sons Paul and Sean. Their fundamental goal is to provide their clients with financial peace of mind.

    Package Details:


    The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35,000-£50,000 Per AnnumOther benefits include:Company pensionOn-site parkingBonus scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Purpose of the role:The purpose of this role is to carry out the Paraplanning duties for clients and Advisors.

    This includes performing client research, report construction and client contact, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service, senior administrative duties, working closely with Financial Advisers to support the client advisory process, and playing a key role in the business.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Your duties will include but not be limited to:Provide vital paraplanning support to the team of wealth advisersResearch products, financial planning solutions and investment strategiesPrepare recommendation reports for client meetingsWriting suitability reports/annual review reportsProvide a high level of technical supportAssist advisers with client managementProvide advisers and clients with technical reports and informationEnsure high worth investment transactions are carried out accurately

    The Ideal Employee:
    Relevant Skills/ExperienceExperienced with Cashcalc, X-Plan and FE Analytics is preferred but not essentialExperience of the Pension Switch marketExcellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong technical knowledge around pensions, investments and IHT planningGood communication skillsExperience required: 2 years Paraplanning experience

    Qualifications required:
    Must show some CII exam results or hold Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate.
