TheRole

That means were looking for aFitness Instructor with physical fitness combined with a canattitude a growth mindset and an eye for detail . An obviouspassion for all things fitness will need to shine through all youdo.

Youll be a quick learner ready to get theirhands dirty. This is an incredibly involvedrole.

Responsibilities of this rolewill include but not be limitedto:

• Front of housecover
• Coaching 121 membercheck insessions
• Promotional/salesactivity
• Supportingmembers with their questions andqueries
• Teachingclasses
• General gymcleaning and upkeep
• Safetyand compliancechecks

Qualifications

NVQLevel 3 Personal Training certificate (either passed or inprogress)

As a level 3 qualified trainer we willsupport you in running a personal training business within Hybridfitness outside of the hours of your employed role. earned throughpersonal training is uncapped. Should you wish to run a personaltraining business outside of your employed role a PT agreementwould be signed alongside your contract ofemployment.
